The doctor and staff are extremely helpful. The procedure was explained in a easy to understand way, you are given an opportunity to ask questions and are never rushed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. All in all the procedure was quick with minimal down time.

There is not a single thing I can think of needing improvement. I was taken right on time for my 7:15 am appointment, and at 9:15 am, I was already back at work. No pain whatsoever, and I have only taken over the counter Tylenol for pain. Dr. Parks explained every step carefully, including when I would feel “a pinch”, pressure, etc. I was kept very comfortable throughout the process (including a cozy blanket! :)) This is my 3rd root canal with Dr. Parks, and all my other experiences were just as perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Parks to anyone needing the services of an endodontist.
