I was very pleased with my visit. Root canals are not a fun experience, yet Dr. Parks thoroughly explained the procedure and updated me on what he was doing as he worked on my tooth. It made me feel like a valued patient and kept me distracted. He is a genuinely nice man and was very thorough; at one point he had to go back and fix something (I don’t know what), but that made me feel like he was taking his time and doing what he thought best. I was glad to know he wasn’t just hurrying to get the job done. I would recommend him in a heart beat!
