Financial Policy

For your convenience, we do accept most major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks and cash payments. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, full payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

INSURED PATIENTS: Payment of insurees estimated amount is due when root canal treatment is initiated. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If your insurance company issues payment directly to the patient, then the full fee would be due at the time of service.

NON-INSURED PATIENTS: Full payment is due at the time of the treatment.
